Very warm welcome and owner very available, attentive and helpful, these few days were a pleasure with a view overlooking the sea and accessibility to very good restaurants. In addition, deckchairs are included in the price. On the last day, we had the opportunity to stay until the end of the day which was very convenient for us and we thank her for that.

Brand new construction with 4 independent rooms, 2 on the ground floor and two on the first via a staircase.
You practically sleep in front of the sea.
Very nice rooms, all with large terraces in front of the beach with direct access or via the bar area located at the side of the building but managed by the owners of the structure.
excellent sea and beach, you could do without moving.
The owners are very kind and available for any need, they also speak Italian as well as other languages.
Anna and Michalis, who are two wonderful people, are waiting for you in this splendid structure!!

Had a wonderful holiday in the late off-season in mid-October.
The apartment is right on the beach with loungers included in the price! NEWLY built with only 4 units in total, very modern!
The location on the beach is wonderful and fantastic, directly from the terrace to the beach.
No hotel has been able to keep up with this so far. We have already been to Karpathos in Lefkos 6 times, but this was our best time.
100 percent recommended.
